Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 6, 2026

This policy explains what Inzinna EPPP Prep ("we," "us") collects and how we use it. The Service is operated by Dr. Inzinna Psychological Services PLLC, doing business as Inzinna Therapy Group (New York).

What we collect

Account information. Email address, optional name, the invite code you used (if any), and your password in protected (hashed) form — we never see or store your password in plain text.

Study activity. Your answers, response times, scores, practice-exam and diagnostic results, study-plan progress, review-queue progress, and any feedback you submit through the app. This is the heart of the product — it powers your dashboard and helps us find and fix weak questions.

Payment information. If you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status, plan, and billing email so we can unlock your access — we never see or store your card number.

Technical basics. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) generated by our hosting providers, and cookies used solely to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers, and we do not sell personal information.

What we ask you NOT to give us. The Service is not built to receive health information. Please never enter patient/client details or anyone's health information anywhere in the app.

How we use it

To provide the Service (sign-in, saving progress, showing your dashboard and study plan); to manage subscriptions and billing; to improve question quality using item statistics; to respond to your feedback and support requests; and to send service emails (like email confirmation and receipts). We may email you about the program itself; you can opt out of non-essential email.

Aggregated statistics (never identifying you — e.g., "38% of users answered item X correctly") are used to improve content and may be described publicly.

Who processes it

Your data is stored and processed by our infrastructure providers under their security programs: Supabase (database, authentication), Vercel (application hosting), and Stripe (payments). Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives standard web-request data when pages load. We share personal data with no one else, except if required by law or to protect the Service from abuse.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account and study data while your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing greg@drinzinna.com; we'll delete your personal data within 30 days, keeping only de-identified item statistics (which no longer link to you) and records we're legally required to retain (for example, billing records).

Security

Access to your data is restricted by row-level security (you can only read your own records), answer keys and grading run server-side, and staff access is role-gated. No system is perfectly secure, but security decisions in this product are made conservatively and reviewed as it grows.

Children

The Service is for adults preparing for professional licensure and is not directed to anyone under 18.
