Terms of Use
Effective date: July 6, 2026
Welcome to Inzinna EPPP Prep (the "Service"), an online educational study platform operated by Dr. Inzinna Psychological Services PLLC, doing business as Inzinna Therapy Group ("Inzinna," "we," "us"), a New York professional limited liability company. The entity is in the process of renaming to Inzinna Therapy Group Psychology PLLC; these Terms bind that renamed successor entity. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service is — and is not
The Service provides original practice questions, practice-exam simulations, explanations, lessons, study planning, and progress tracking to help you prepare for the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP).
The Service is educational test preparation only. It is not therapy, counseling, clinical care, clinical supervision, or professional advice, and using it does not create a clinician–patient or supervisor–supervisee relationship with Inzinna.
The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB) or any licensing board. "EPPP" is referenced only to describe what the Service helps you study for. Exam content areas, rules, and licensure requirements vary by jurisdiction and change over time — always verify current requirements with your board.
Any in-app learning specialist or chat feature is an automated software feature, not a human advisor or clinician.
No outcome is guaranteed. Preparation improves readiness, but we make no promise that you will pass the EPPP or achieve any particular score.
2. Accounts, free accounts, and paid subscriptions
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Keep your credentials confidential; you're responsible for activity under your account.
Free accounts include the diagnostic assessment, your strengths-and-weaknesses report, a personalized study plan, and a limited weekly practice allowance. We may add, change, or remove free features as the product develops.
Paid subscriptions unlock the full program at the plan level you choose. Prices are shown in USD at checkout, plus any applicable tax. Subscriptions include a 7-day free trial (a payment method is required, and the trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends), renew automatically each month, and continue until canceled. You can cancel anytime — effective at the end of the current billing period — using the link in your Stripe receipt emails or by emailing greg@drinzinna.com. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. You'll never be charged without separately agreeing to pricing at checkout.
3. Do not enter personal health information
The Service is not designed to receive health information about you or anyone else. Never enter patient/client information or anyone's health details anywhere in the Service, including feedback boxes. Feedback fields are for comments about study content only.
4. Your study data
To operate and improve the Service, we record your practice activity — answers, timing, scores, progress, and feedback you submit — as described in the Privacy Policy. We also use de-identified, aggregated statistics (for example, what percentage of users answer an item correctly) to improve question quality.
5. Our content and your license
All questions, explanations, study materials, software, and branding are owned by Inzinna or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the Service for your own exam preparation. You may not copy, scrape, record, distribute, sell, or share questions or explanations; share accounts or invite codes; use the content to build another product or train a model; or reverse-engineer the Service. If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no unauthorized access attempts, no interfering with its operation, no impersonation, and no unlawful use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and you may stop using the Service (and request account deletion) at any time.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Content is reviewed for accuracy but may contain errors, and material may change as the exam evolves; we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inzinna's total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including exam outcomes, licensure decisions, or lost opportunities.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll post the updated version with a new effective date, and material changes will be flagged in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
9. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York State. Questions: greg@drinzinna.com.
